Program Manager

Alcor Technical Solutions is looking for an IT Program Manager to lead a team of developers, designers, testers, and analysts during a multi-year contract. This individual will work remotely but may have to travel to the customer site on rare occasions, and to corporate headquarters in Baltimore, Maryland, so regional accessibility is preferred.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide program management oversite to accomplish the administrative, managerial, logistical, technical, quality assurance/quality improvement, reporting, and security requirements of the contract.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all program issues/concerns/status.
- Create, update, and maintain the Contract Program Management Plan (CPMP) throughout the period of performance.
- Consistently lead project meetings with key stakeholders and present project approach, timeline, and tools to be used on a regular basis.
- Routinely generate daily/weekly/monthly reports as needed for the government customer and for internal use.
- Perform technical writing and documentation activities.
-Build client trust and respect, establish client relationships, and develop rapport with client.
- Work directly with SMEs to address team dynamics and opportunities for improvement.
- Travel to and visit customer/work site as needed.
- Facilitate continuous improvement within the environment.
- Assist with the staffing process by interviewing new FTEs when required.
- Lead and facilitate all team meetings.
- Other duties as assigned by the customer.

Preferred Requirements and Skills:
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Federal Government contracting
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration or related is required.
- PMP and SAFe Agile Certification is preferred.
- High level of understanding gathering and manipulating project data to create reports and identify areas of improvement.
- Experience with Atlassian & Microsoft tools, specifically Jira, Confluence, Slack, MS Teams
- Experience in leading and growing people and teams
- Experience in cloud technologies, agile methodologies and managing products/services focused on User Experience (UX)  
- Must be comfortable leading meetings and presenting to key stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Experience with timekeeping, ODC management, and vendor relationship management
- Experience with billing and invoicing is preferred but not required.

Must be able to pass a government issued background check.
