We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Identity Administrator to join our team as a crucial point of contact for a federal government client. In this role, you will be responsible for managing authentication and access through a platform application, ensuring seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. This individual will work 100% remotely.

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Identity Administrator to join our team as a crucial point of contact for a federal government client. In this role, you will be responsible for managing authentication and access through a platform application, ensuring seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. This individual will work 100% remotely.
Responsibilities
- Act as a primary customer service contact for our federal government client, managing authentication and access to federal systems.
- Utilize automation tools, ServiceNow, Atlassian’s Confluence and Jira, Slack, Microsoft Active Directory, Radiant Logic, and ForgeRock for efficient system management.
- Work collaboratively with a team employing agile methodologies.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service through feedback, skilled writing, task analysis, and collaboration within the team.
- Participate in brainstorming and analysis efforts to enhance system functionality.
- Communicate effectively (both written and oral) with technical teams and clients as needed.
- Prior experience in an IT organization performing administrative duties
- Prior experience utilizing collaboration tools including ServiceNow, MS Teams, Atlassian’s Confluence and Jira, and Slack.
- Familiarity with automation tools, and kanban/agile methodologies.
- Ability to work a standard five-day workweek with potential opportunities for weekend support on a rotating schedule.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach
- Ability to pivot in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in a Federal contracting environment is a plus
- Any current DevOps Certification (RadiantLogic, AWS, etc)
- Experience using the FICAM framework is a plus
- Ability to iterate in problem-solving and learn in an open-source setting
- Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) experience is a plus
