Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Develop and implement strategic plans, performance metrics, and process improvements.
- Act as a primary liaison between senior leadership, clients, and project teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and contractual obligations.
- Oversee resource allocation, risk management, and quality assurance processes.
- Monitor project progress and generate reports for stakeholders.
- Drive employee engagement, training, and career development initiatives.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and teamwork.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 12+ years of experience in project management, operations, or leadership roles.
- Strong expertise in strategic planning, budget management, and team leadership.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, PMP, Six Sigma preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in government contracting, IT services, etc.
- PMP, Six Sigma, or other relevant certifications.
- Experience with federal contracts, compliance, and procurement processes.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Trello.
