Management Lead

Job Summary:
Alcor Technical Solutions is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Management Lead to oversee operations, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure project success. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of management experience, demonstrating strong leadership, project execution, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans, performance metrics, and process improvements.
  • Act as a primary liaison between senior leadership, clients, and project teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and contractual obligations.
  • Oversee resource allocation, risk management, and quality assurance processes.
  • Monitor project progress and generate reports for stakeholders.
  • Drive employee engagement, training, and career development initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and teamwork.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 12+ years of experience in project management, operations, or leadership roles.
  • Strong expertise in strategic planning, budget management, and team leadership.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, PMP, Six Sigma preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in  government contracting, IT services, etc.
Preferred Skills:
  • PMP, Six Sigma, or other relevant certifications.
  • Experience with federal contracts, compliance, and procurement processes.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Trello.
