Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of technical solutions.
- Oversee the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and ensure best practices.
- Act as the primary technical advisor and mentor to development teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology with business goals.
- Implement and enforce security, scalability, and performance optimization strategies.
- Conduct code reviews, system analysis, and technical troubleshooting.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend strategic upgrades.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 12+ years of experience in software development, system architecture, or technical leadership.
- Strong expertise in programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript).
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and DevOps practices.
- Experience with agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and microservices architecture.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, PMP, or Scrum Master.
- Experience working with government contracts, cybersecurity, or enterprise systems.
- Knowledge of AI, ML, blockchain, or emerging technologies.
