Product Management Lead

Job Summary:
Alcor Technical Solutions is looking for a Product Management Lead with 12+ years of experience to drive product strategy, oversee the product lifecycle, and lead cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product development, market analysis, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver innovative solutions that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the product roadmap in alignment with business goals.
  • Lead product strategy, vision, and execution from concept to delivery.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to define product requirements.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback sessions to drive product innovation.
  • Define key performance metrics (KPIs) and ensure continuous product improvement.
  • Manage backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and Agile development cycles.
  • Oversee go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and product positioning.
  • Act as a key liaison between stakeholders, clients, and senior leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and security standards.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Lean methodologies.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and working with engineering, UX/UI, and marketing teams.
  • Proficiency in product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Aha!, or Roadmunk.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Preferred Skills:
  • Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Pragmatic Institute Certification.
  • Experience with cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Knowledge of AI, ML, or emerging technologies.
  • Familiarity with data analytics and user experience (UX) principles.
