The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product development, market analysis, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver innovative solutions that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the product roadmap in alignment with business goals.
- Lead product strategy, vision, and execution from concept to delivery.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to define product requirements.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback sessions to drive product innovation.
- Define key performance metrics (KPIs) and ensure continuous product improvement.
- Manage backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and Agile development cycles.
- Oversee go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and product positioning.
- Act as a key liaison between stakeholders, clients, and senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and security standards.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 12+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Lean methodologies.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and working with engineering, UX/UI, and marketing teams.
- Proficiency in product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Aha!, or Roadmunk.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Pragmatic Institute Certification.
- Experience with cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of AI, ML, or emerging technologies.
- Familiarity with data analytics and user experience (UX) principles.
