The ideal candidate will have expertise in requirements gathering, data analysis, business process modeling, and Agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business analysis efforts, including requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, UX designers, and business teams to define project scope and objectives.
- Conduct business process analysis and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop functional specifications, user stories, process flow diagrams, and wireframes.
- Perform gap analysis to identify areas for business process optimization.
- Ensure requirements align with business goals, technical feasibility, and compliance standards.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to facilitate clear communication.
- Lead workshops, stakeholder interviews, and brainstorming sessions to gather insights.
- Utilize data analysis tools to identify trends, generate reports, and support decision-making.
- Support testing and validation efforts, ensuring solutions meet business needs.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or project management.
- Strong proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience with business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent skills in stakeholder management, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
- Ability to document detailed business requirements, use cases, and workflows.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), PMI-PBA, or Agile BA.
- Experience working in government contracting, healthcare, finance, or enterprise solutions.
- Knowledge of data analytics, AI-driven insights, and digital transformation trends.
- Understanding of compliance standards (GDPR, HIPAA, or financial regulations based on industry).
