Project Manager – Level IV

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Primary Manager, with full authority to act on all matters related to contract performance and daily operations.

  • Provide leadership, oversight, and coordination across the following support service areas:

    • Tier 3 Enterprise Management (EM) Administration Support

    • Tier 2 and Tier 3 Systems Administration Support

    • Information Assurance & Security Administration Support

    • IT Knowledge Management Support

    • Configuration and Change Enablement Services (Standard and Senior Levels)

    • IT Architectural Engineering Services

    • Identity Engineering Services

    • Endpoint Engineering Services

  • Manage project schedules, resources, risks, and budgets to ensure successful service delivery.

  • Develop and maintain policies, processes, and documentation aligned with enterprise service management best practices.

  • Act as liaison with government stakeholders to address issues, resolve escalations, and ensure service levels are met or exceeded.

  • Supervise technical staff and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality IT support services.

  • Ensure compliance with applicable government regulations, security requirements, and information assurance standards.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in service delivery, systems performance, and security posture.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).

  • 10+ years of progressive IT program/project management experience, including large-scale federal or enterprise IT contracts.

  • Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams across infrastructure, security, and engineering domains.

  • Strong understanding of ITIL, enterprise service management, and configuration/change management frameworks.

  • Experience with Information Assurance, Security Administration, and DoD/government compliance requirements.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

  • PMP or equivalent project management certification (required).

  • ITIL Certification (preferred).

  • Active DoD Secret Clearance (or ability to obtain and maintain).
