Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Drupal websites using Drupal 9/10/11 best practices.
- Build and customize Drupal modules, themes, content types, views, and taxonomies.
- Perform regular Drupal core, module, and theme updates, including security patches and version upgrades.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues related to performance, functionality, security, and compatibility.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD workflows, version control, and structured deployment processes.
- Support development, staging, and production environments with proper configuration management.
- Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) and usability best practices.
- Integrate third-party services and APIs (e.g., search, analytics, translation, CDN, forms, and chat tools).
- Produce and maintain technical documentation, deployment notes, and configuration guides.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and quality assurance activities.
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements through a ticket-based support model and SLA-driven response process.
Qualification and Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong Experience in Drupal Development:
- Custom Theme Development (Twig, libraries, regions, layouts)
- Custom Module Development & Configuration
- Content Types, Views, Taxonomies, Media Types, Blocks, Menus
- Search API Configuration, Cron, Caching, and Performance Tuning
- Multilingual Setup (Language Switcher, Translations)
- Acquia Cloud IDE & Drupal Site Administration
- 5+ years of hands-on experience developing and supporting Drupal websites.
- Experience with Git-based version control and structured deployment workflows.
- Knowledge of web security best practices, including SSL/TLS, access control, and secure coding standards.
- Knowledge of relational databases, including MySQL and Neo4j
Salary Range:
$90k to $100k per Year
