Privacy Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Baltimore, MarylandThe Privacy SME must have extensive knowledge of Privacy Act, HIPPA, and other federal privacy requirements. This role is responsible for overseeing the lifecycle management of privacy agreements, ensuring compliance, and implementing efficient processes using Agile methodologies. The Privacy SME will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to safeguard sensitive information and maintain regulatory alignment.

- Utilize Agile methodologies to streamline privacy agreement lifecycle management
- Maintain and track an inventory of privacy agreements, ensuring timely renewals and compliance.
- Support the drafting, reviewing, and updating of privacy agreements in alignment with regulations.
- Automate tracking of agreements with expiration notifications and compliance reviews.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate agreement approvals.
- Oversee privacy agreement lifecycle management.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- 5+ years of experience in privacy compliance, legal, or IT governance roles.
- Proven expertise in the Privacy Act, HIPAA, and federal privacy frameworks
- Experience managing privacy agreements and compliance documentation.
- Certification such as CIPP/US, CIPM, or CISSP with privacy specialization
