ICAM/HSPD-12 Architect

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled ICAM HSPD-12 Specialist with expertise in Oracle Identity Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) systems, particularly in the context of Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12 (HSPD-12) requirements. This role requires a strong understanding of federal identity management standards and hands-on experience with Oracle Identity Management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ICAM Administration:
    • Implement, manage, and maintain ICAM solutions to ensure compliance with HSPD-12 and related federal regulations.
    • Oversee identity and credential management processes, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and role-based access control.
    • Monitor and audit identity and access management systems to ensure security and compliance.
  • Identity Management:
    • Administer and support Oracle Identity Management (OIM) systems, including Oracle Identity Manager, Oracle Access Manager, and Oracle Identity Analytics.
    • Configure and customize Oracle Identity Management components to meet organizational requirements.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Identity Management.
    • Experience with other platforms such as SailPoint, Microsoft Azure Active Directory is a plus.
  • Identity Governance: Develop and implement identity governance frameworks, including role-based access control (RBAC), access certification, and segregation of duties.
  • Security Controls: Design and implement robust security controls to protect against unauthorized access and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Compliance and Security:
    • Ensure all identity management practices are in compliance with HSPD-12 standards and other federal regulations.
    • Conduct risk assessments and implement security controls to protect sensitive information.
    • Prepare and maintain documentation related to ICAM and Oracle Identity Management.
  • Collaboration and Support:
    • Work closely with IT teams, security officers, and other stakeholders to integrate identity management solutions with existing systems.
    • Provide training and support to end-users on ICAM processes and Oracle Identity Management tools.
    • Assist with audits and inspections related to identity management and HSPD-12 compliance.
  • Project Management:
    • Participate in projects related to ICAM enhancements and Oracle Identity Management upgrades.
    • Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with project managers and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Oracle Identity Management tools (Oracle Identity Manager, Oracle Access Manager, Oracle Identity Analytics).
    • Strong understanding of ICAM principles, practices, and HSPD-12 requirements.
    • Experience with identity and access management protocols and technologies.
    • Proficiency in technologies such as Okta, SailPoint, Microsoft Azure Active Directory, CA Identity Suite, Oracle Identity Suite, etc.
    • Strong knowledge of identity governance, RBAC, SSO, MFA, and adaptive authentication.
  • Certifications:
    • Relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Specialist, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)) are preferred.
    • Okta Certified Professional, SailPoint, IdentityIQ, or Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
